Governing use of Vellustream AI Studio by Agencies and Public Subscribers.
Users may only upload videos, logos, and audio that they own or hold an active commercial licence to process. Vellustream AI strictly prohibits downloading or scraping third-party content from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other websites without authorisation.
Subscription plans allocate a fixed number of monthly studio credits. Vellustream AI does not offer “unlimited” AI generation. Credits are reserved prior to job execution and refunded automatically if a system job fails.
Users are responsible for complying with platform-specific AI-generated content disclosure rules when publishing exported videos to social media channels. Demo Mode outputs are explicitly watermarked as mock/demo outputs.
